A streamlined digital solution designed to empower the UniFirst salesforce by simplifying and accelerating the quoting process for prospective customers.
The Challenge: The sales team needed a more efficient, user-friendly solution to navigate the complexities of product configuration and pricing. The goal was to replace manual and outdated processes with a cohesive application that could handle intricate variables without sacrificing speed or accuracy.
The Solution: I mapped out a comprehensive user flow into a logical step-by-step digital journey creating a seamless transition from product selection to final quote generation. I oversaw the creation of the digital asset library and app UI, ensuring that every screen, from filtered product previews to interactive pop-ups, maintained brand consistency and high usability standards.
My Role: I served as the creative supervisor for the project, working closely with my direct report, the Digital Production Designer. I provided the strategic user flow and wireframe logic, then mentored her through the high-fidelity design phase to develop the final interface. By managing the project through a leadership lens, I ensured the app was not only functional for the salesforce but also served as a training ground for my team member to excel in UI/UX best practices and component-based design.
