Driving visual consistency and operational efficiency for UniFirst’s digital resource library through standardized design systems and editorial oversight.
The Challenge: The section of UniFirst's website featuring blogs and in-depth case studies required a balance of technical data and high-quality storytelling. Previously, a lack of standardized structure caused production bottlenecks and inconsistent user experiences across articles.
The Solution: I developed a system of user-focused templates that serve as both a UI framework for designers and a structured guide for the content team. By optimizing UX and readability through clear data call-outs and strategic layouts, I ensured complex content remains engaging and professional on all devices.
My Role: I manage the end-to-end creative workflow, collaborating with the content team to ensure all visual assets align with the narrative. I serve as the final gatekeeper for quality, art directing and proofreading every post to maintain brand authority while improving production speed and efficiency.
