A comprehensive multi-channel campaign executed for the launch of UniFirst’s proprietary line of self-manufactured restroom dispensers, a complete restroom solution.
The Challenge: Support the launch of a new, self-manufactured product line, with a robust marketing presence that simultaneously introduced the hardware to the market and helped drive program upgrades.
The Solution: I designed a collection of digital and physical touchpoints. This included the primary product web interface, a technical resource library, and a conversion-focused landing page. To bridge the physical-to-digital gap, I developed a targeted direct mail postcard aimed at prospects and program upgrades, alongside a premium promotional leave-behind sheet for the sales team to utilize during in-person presentations.
My Role: I led the visual framework and layout development for both the digital and print components of the launch. I ensured consistency across all web experiences while managing the print production standards for the postcard and sales enablement sheets to meet the nationwide rollout deadline.
